A new product available in the States, Soyabella makes it easy to make soyamilk at home. Perfect for those with allergies, Soyabella can use a variety of beans, nuts, or rice to make a dairy-free milk. It can also be used as a coffee grinder or to make rice or sesame paste. Besides the great flavour of fresh milk, it also ensures there are no additives or troublesome ingredients. Simply add water and beans and in just 15 minutes you’ve a warm glass of soymilk. For nut milk it takes a mere 30 seconds for raw natural milk. A finalist in the Housewares Design Awards for 2007, Soyabella is quick to use and easy to clean. It features a hidden heating element within its steel boiling chamber, which makes cleaning simple. It also has a range of safety features to prevent overflowing, dry heating, and overheating. Besides all its fabulous features, the steel mixing bowl and black frame present an elegant appliance you’ll not be embarrassed to use. I’ll be watching to see if this item makes it to the UK. Currently it is available for $109.95 from Tribest.

July 2008 EDIT: The Soyabella is available for £99 from UKJuicers.com.
