I'll admit I'm not a great fan of making pastry. I find it tricky to roll things out to the right size, and I'm often left growling in frustration as one edge is just a bit short. Apparently I'm not the only one with this problem, as the new Professional Non-Stick Rolling Pin from Eddingtons is designed to measure while you roll.
