Perfect for use on both the hob and in the oven, these beautiful casseroles then go straight to the table. Ideal for casseroles, stews, pot roasting and even for baking, they are also perfect for preparing soups and rice dishes. Due to the high price, cast iron cookware is a long term investment, so you want to chose the colour carefully. I find the graduated colours much more dynamic than their plan solid styles, and the teal specifically is so bright and full of life.
