Despite its complex appearance, the Intellisteam allows you to easily cook three separate dishes simultaneously. Just load your ingredients, set the timers and the Intellisteam will make sure everything is ready to serve at the same time. The Intellisteam features three separate compartments which are controlled independently, so you can steam vegetables, fish & rice in the same machine even if some require longer to cook. It does take up a fair chunk of your work space, but if you can cook a whole meal in it you may not need as many other pans or gadgets. I’m not totally convinced I can create enough completely steamed meals, but if you can it’s a fantastic way to eat more healthy as steaming preserves more nutrients than boiling and has less fat than methods that use oil.
