My Mum’s been staying with us the last week, so she’d been tagging along on the search for fantastic kitchen products to feature on Kitchen Critic. She was thrilled by the Joseph Joseph Carve & Cut Chopping Board. Though it looks unassuming, Mum thinks this would be brilliant for carving the traditional Sunday roast. Designed by John Brauer, the double sided polyethylene board features an angled cutting surface. This allows the juices to drain off and collect at the bottom edge. From here they'd be easy to pour off and add to your gravy! On one side there is even a meat grip formed from raised plastic cones to keep your precious roast from sliding away.
