Despite the prevalence of posh pizza restaurants, there is something disconcerting about eating pizza with a knife and fork. For a food most often served out of a box, it feels ridiculous to cut it up into bite sized pieces. However Guzzini have created a special set of cutlery for just such an occasion. Instead of a knife, the set includes a small pizza wheel on a long slim handle. I'm still not totally sure pizza should be cut up, but at least this set is designed to slice quickly and cleanly through the base.
